Detailed 3-Day Ha Giang Loop Itinerary
Day 0 – Arrival in Ha Giang
Arrive in Ha Giang City and enjoy complimentary accommodation before the tour begins.
Use the evening to explore Ha Giang, meet your fellow travellers, and prepare for the journey ahead. Large luggage can be securely stored at our office while you travel around the loop with a small backpack.
Day 1 – Ha Giang to Yen Minh via Quan Ba
After breakfast, meet your guide, Easy Riders, and fellow travellers before starting your Ha Giang Loop adventure.
Ride through winding mountain roads towards Quan Ba Heaven Gate, one of the most famous viewpoints in the region. From here, enjoy panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and limestone mountains.
Continue towards a traditional Hmong village where you can learn about local craftsmanship and everyday mountain life. The route then takes you to the peaceful Khau Lan Waterfall, a beautiful place to relax beside the cool mountain stream.
Continue through the countryside towards Yen Minh, passing pine forests, valleys, limestone peaks, and remote villages along the way.
In the evening, enjoy a family-style dinner and an overnight stay at a local homestay, providing an opportunity to experience the hospitality and culture of Northern Vietnam’s mountain communities.
Day 2 – Yen Minh to Dong Van via Ma Pi Leng Pass
Today is the highlight of the 3 Day Ha Giang Loop Tour, taking you through some of the most spectacular scenery in Northern Vietnam.
Continue through the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark, where dramatic limestone mountains and deep valleys dominate the landscape.
Ride across the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, widely regarded as one of the most breathtaking mountain roads in Vietnam.
Descend towards the canyon and enjoy a scenic boat trip along the emerald waters of the Nho Que River. Towering limestone cliffs rise above the river, creating one of the most memorable landscapes on the Ha Giang Loop.
