Day 0 – Arrival in Ha Giang
Arrive in Ha Giang City and settle into your complimentary accommodation before the adventure begins.
Meet your fellow travellers, explore the town, prepare your luggage, and get ready for four unforgettable days exploring Northern Vietnam’s spectacular mountains.
Large luggage can be safely stored at our office throughout the tour.
Day 1 – Into the Mountains
After breakfast, meet your guide and begin your journey into the dramatic landscapes of Ha Giang.
Ride through winding mountain roads to Quan Ba Heaven Gate, where panoramic views stretch across the valley and the famous Twin Mountains.
Continue to the peaceful Khau Lan Waterfall, an ideal place to relax beside cool mountain streams before travelling through the beautiful countryside surrounding Yen Minh.
In the evening, enjoy dinner and overnight accommodation while surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains.
Day 2 – The Legendary Ha Giang Loop
Today’s journey includes the most famous roads of the Ha Giang Loop.
Ride through the spectacular Tham Ma Pass before visiting the historic Hmong King’s Palace, once home to the influential Vuong family.
Continue across the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, widely considered Vietnam’s most breathtaking mountain road, where towering limestone cliffs overlook the emerald waters of the Nho Que River far below.
Descend into the canyon for a scenic boat trip before finishing the day exploring the charming streets of Dong Van Old Town.
Day 3 – Culture & Hidden Villages
Travel deeper into Ha Giang to experience the region’s rich ethnic culture.
Begin with a visit to Lao Xa Ancient Village, where Hmong families continue traditional silver carving and handicraft production.
Continue to Lung Cu Flag Tower, marking Vietnam’s northernmost point and offering spectacular panoramic views across the surrounding mountains.
Later, arrive at Du Gia Waterfall, where you can relax or enjoy a refreshing swim before spending the evening in the peaceful mountain village of Du Gia.
Day 4 – Lung Khuy Cave & Return
On your final morning, enjoy a short trek to the remarkable Lung Khuy Cave, one of Ha Giang’s most impressive limestone cave systems filled with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.
After exploring the cave, begin the scenic journey back through the mountains toward Ha Giang City.
Arrive at approximately 4:30 PM, where your adventure concludes before transferring to your next destination.
